Because we operate primarily as a wholesale business and offer made-to-order and custom goods, our return policy is designed to protect both our production process and our partners.
🔁 Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

🚫 Items That Are Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Made-to-order wholesale items

Any product not reported as damaged or incorrect within 3 business days of delivery
💳 Refunds or Replacements
If your return is approved:

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers or missed delivery attempts.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for preferences (e.g., color, size, quantity). If you would like to order additional products, please place a new order.
🏪 For In-Person Market Sales
Items purchased at pop-ups or vendor markets are generally final sale. However, if a product is clearly defective, we’ll work with you to make it right. Reach out to info@ghgifts.com with your concerns.
